Well first of all, we’re not actually firefighters. We aren’t trained to run into burning buildings, or save cats from trees (but we could try, I guess?). But we are trained to help people who are overwhelmed with their own personal (metaphorical) dumpster fires.
So who are we? We are counselors who have been supporting New Yorkers in need for more than 20 years. We’re New Yorkers, just like you, who just want to help people and make the world a little bit better every day.
Our services are free and offered without judgment, regardless of your background, circumstances, or beliefs.
We will respect your beliefs and boundaries, and we expect the same in return. While we may not always be in agreement, a foundation of mutual respect will allow us to support you in moving towards positive change.
With commitment and the right support network (which we hope will include us), change is possible. Let us help you address your dumpster fire.
